GCD Design Solutions Ltd is Piping Design and Engineering Consultancy with 24 years experience of servicing the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industries in a variety of roles.
From the first Conceptual Engineering, through FEED to full Detail Engineering and Design we have extensive experience in Brownfield and Greenfield work from major capital expenditure projects to minor modifications and repair orders both here in the UK and Worldwide.

Scope of Services
- Repair Order Engineering and Management.
- Production of cost-effective designs which are fit for purpose.
- Achieve project targets and completion of project within budget and schedule.
- Provision of piping technical expertise in the development of engineering deliverables and calculations
- Provision of technical expertise during the development, initiation, FEED Detail and implementation phases.
- Participation in HAZOP, HAZID and design reviews.
- Liaison with other disciplines in the execution of scopes and perform interdisciplinary checking of documents where applicable.
- Provide input to progress and planning
- Management of scope change/growth is managed in accordance with client requirements.
- Esurance that scopes comply with client requirements/specifications.
- Provide engineering input to scope estimates
- Act as Piping Engineering focal point for scopes/projects
- Fully conversant with ASME B31.3
